…you’d basically have to serve all the pasta at once, then slice the brisket to put on the side. I think the flavor of the brisket would enhance the (al fredo?) sauce, but not the opposite, so I really wouldn’t want a slice of brisket slathered in creamy sauce.
It’s just a really puzzling combination, and puzzling presentation,.
